Job Title: General Manager

Position Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Running the company business effectively and efficiently to increase company’s and shareholder’s value

To ensure that the company complies with all statutory, regulatory and financial reporting requirements;

Build good business relationship with customers and stakeholders;

Ready to work extra hours to meet multiple deadlines Recommend to the Board of Directors business plans and strategies for achieving company’s vision, mission and strategic objectives.

Prepare and submit reports as demanded by the Board, on regular and adhoc basis Assist in the collection and analysis of complaints, E grievances or disputes arising from the employees and advising the management as appropriate.

Oversee the proper handling of company property and arrange for the maintenance and repair of office equipment, and motor vehicles.

To supervise, check and approve the work of Branch Managers to ensure effective work.

Entry Qualifications/Key Competencies:

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Public Administration;

Good business management qualities gained through formal training or exposure

Ability to critically review operations of the company and recommend and implement remedy strategies

Ability to critically interprets rules/regulations and procedures on

Human Resources function and Labor laws in general.

Experience in running/operations of security business will be an added advantage

National service or some formal military or police training will be an added advantage

Ability to prepare high quality and responsive tender documents

Computer Literacy
