Business Development Manager – Africa
Nairobi based international logistics company seeks applicants for the above position
Duties:
Formulate business plans for projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, RSS and Other countries throughout East, Central & the Horn of Africa.
Maintain vendor contact with UN agencies; embassies and Aid Organizations throughout the region
Manage the completion and submittal of bids/plans/budgets as required
Meet performance targets as set by Company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- Graduate degree a plus
- At least 15 years relevant logistical experience in Africa
- Valid passport
- Military Service a plus
- Able to spend 50% of time travelling
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent written & spoken English language ability
- Excellent personal skills
