Chef – Jumuia Resort Kisumu
Reporting to the Resort Manager, this position is responsible for managing kitchen operations in line with production quality at controlled cost so as to meet guest and staff satisfaction profitably.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent
- Diploma in Food Production
- 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Parti-Saucier in an environment that offers national and international cuisine
- Ability to work under pressure
- Creativity and innovativeness
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
