JOB TITLE: SENIOR OFFICER – LOGISTICS AND SAFETY AND SECURITY FOCAL PERSON (1) POSITION)
DUTY STATION: EASTERN REGION, MOROTO
The Senior Officer Logistics and Safety and Security Focal Person will work under the direct control and supervision of the Area Manager. The job holder will support the District Offices in the provision of logistics management and support, ensuring that this is done through timely service delivery to the field programmes in line with the set policies, procedures and guidelines.
A minimum of a Degree in humanities, Finance/Business studies or the equivalent accrued working experience in a related position.
Possession of a graduate or partial professional qualification in logistics, procurement and supplies management is of an added advantage.
At least 3 years experience in office administration or management preferably in an INGO
Excellent skills in written and oral communication
A strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
Strong financial, planning and budget management skills and experience.
Computer literacy skills – MS Office applications, word, excel, PowerPoint, spreadsheets.
