We are looking for a dynamic, committed and passionate individual to assist in the monitoring and review of the Mabinti Tushike Hatamu Project. The Mabinti Tushike Hatamu! Project is a ground breaking initiative delivered in partnership with UNICEF, that will test, evaluate and share with key government, donor, and civil society stakeholders’ strategies for reducing the vulnerability of adolescent out-of-school females aged 10-19 to HIV and AIDS, pregnancy and gender-based violence. Working alongside the project team, you will coordinate the setting up of systems and tools for data collections, progress tracking, and reviews in line with the project’s strategy and Restless Development’s framework for monitoring and evaluation.
You will be an analytical and solution-focussed completer-finisher, committed to ensuring programme quality is achieved so we reach our planned outcomes. You will have a background in research, monitoring and evaluation, and a strong interest in girls rights and gender responsive programming. You will promote a culture of learning and reflection within the project, ensuring alongside the project coordinator, learning is used to improve our work on the ground.
