Electrical Engineer
Bonite Bottlers Limited, Moshi, one of the leading bottlers of Coca-Cola and Bottlers of premium drinking water Kilimanjaro is having openings for the position of Electrical Engineer.
JOB Description:-
· Hands on experience in troubleshooting of SIEMENS PLC (S7-200 & S7-300).
· Hands on experience in trouble shooting and programming of variable frequency drive (Danfoss, Allen Bradley, Siemens and ABB).
· Hands on experience in understanding of various communications such as Profibus, industrial Ethernet and RS232.
· Hands on experience in trouble shooting of electrical and electronic circuits in automation systems.
· Hands on experience in understanding the PLC Ladder logic, control circuits drawing, operation and maintenance manual of machines.
· Hands on experience in making the control logic as per specific needs of various machines.
· Hands on experience in understanding and trouble shooting of various utilities such as power system, air compressors, refrigeration compressors and boiler system.
· Hands on experience in trouble shooting of SEW Servo drives and Servo motors.
· Hands on experience in trouble shooting of Videojet coding machines.
· Hands on experience in trouble shooting of Krones bottling line equipments such as filler, blow moulder, labeler, checkmat, conveyor system, bottle washer, caser, uncaser, EBI.
· Hands on experience in instrumentation such as PID Controllers, temperature controllers, transmitters and control valves.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree in Electrical / Electro Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
· Be registered by the ERB.
